In the busy world we’re living in, we work hard every single day but it’s just the time for it goes on. Somedays we are totally done with the same life, we just feel like leaving the hustle and bustle of city and settle somewhere far away from the rat race of urbanization, living away from everything, in the silence amidst the standing sturdy mountains, hills and lakes surrounded by the beauty of the underlying nature.

The reason of increasing cases of depression, hypertension, stress, fatigue is that we consider our bodies to be machines and we make them overwork without even thinking about the time it shall get worn out.

The capacity of each individual is limiting and we need to ensure good amount of time to make ourselves productively healthy.
